Ever wondered how that golden jar of honey ends up in your kitchen? At our honey farm, we believe in keeping things as natural and transparent as possible. Here’s a simple walk-through of how our honey goes from busy bees to your breakfast table.
Step 1: The Bees Do the Hard Work
Our bees roam freely among local wildflowers and blooms, collecting nectar and pollen. Because they’re gathering from plants native to our area, the honey they produce is full of the flavors—and benefits—of our region.
Step 2: Harvesting the Honeycombs
Once the bees have filled their hives with delicious nectar turned honey, we carefully collect the honeycombs. We do this with the bees' health and safety as a top priority, ensuring they’re never stressed or harmed.
Step 3: Spinning & Extracting
We use a cold extraction method to spin the honey out of the combs without using any heat or chemicals. This keeps all the natural enzymes, antioxidants, and nutrients intact—just as nature intended.
Step 4: Filtering Gently
Our honey is gently filtered to remove large bits of wax, but we don’t ultra-filter it or pasteurize it. That means you still get the natural pollens and powerful properties raw honey is known for.
Step 5: Into the Jar and Off to You
Once it’s ready, we pour the honey into clean, sterilized jars. No additives. No preservatives. Just 100% pure, local honey ready to enjoy.
